Hi folks – as first announced on the Inside Digital Photo radio program, I have just started writing a column for CreativeBlvd.com on one of my favorite subjects, the convergence of photography and video. As more and more devices and software programs are capable of outputting or ingesting either still or moving images, it’s an exciting time for the subject of convergence. The still photography and video industries are already overlapping in many areas including news photography and advertising imagery (especially for the web).
